你在尋找什麼工種類別的工作?

1. I'm interested in an entry level position. 我對入門的崗位較有興趣。
2. I'm looking for a position in which I can make use of / utilise my experience. 我尋找一些可以好好利用 (make use of/ utilise) 我以往經驗的工作。
3. I would like any position for which I qualify. 我有興趣做任何我符合資格 (qualify) 的工作崗位。
4. I’m open for any vacancies available. 我願意擔任任何工作崗位。
5. I believe the position of ______ is what I am seeking right now. 我相信 ________崗位是我正尋找的類別。

• I am more interested in a full-time position. However, I would also consider a part-time position. 我對全職的工作崗位感興趣，但我也會考慮 (consider) 兼職工作。
• I prefer part time positions. 我比較喜歡兼職工作。
• I can work part time on day shifts or night-shifts. 我可以兼職於日更或夜更工作。

1) I work hard and perform well under pressure. 我勤力工作 (work hard)以及在壓力 (under pressure)下表現良好 (perform well)。

2) I can focus on the task and arrange my work schedule well. 我可以專注 (focus) 我的任務及好好地安排我的工作時間表. I can meet the deadline as required 我可以在限期 (deadline)前完成。

3) I work well with colleagues and the teammates. 我可以與公司同事 (colleagues ) 及隊員 (teammate) 合作愉快。

4) I follow every instructions from my supervisor我遵從 (follow ) 每一個上司的指令。

5) I am open-mind to ideas and suggestions. I will listen carefully to the opinions and advices of others. 我會接受其他人的意見 (ideas) 及提議 (suggestions)，我會細心聆聽 (listen carefully) 其他人的觀點 (opinions)及諮詢 (advices).

I was born and raised in Hong Kong. After I completed high school in 1996, I worked in the retail industry for 25 years for different companies including, ABC Company Limited, XYZ Holding International and HGI Group. My position in ABC Company Limited was a junior salesmen and I was responsible for reaching out to potential clients for the company. 

After that I went to XYZ Holding International, my job title was Sales & Marketing Manager and my responsibility include leading different sales teams and I was promoted to Global Team Head Manager in 2006. After that I worked in HGI Group as General Manager. I was responsible for…  

我在香港出生及長大。我在1996年完成我的高中教育後從事了服務及零售行業約25年。當中的公司包括 ABC Company Limited、XYZ Holding International 以及HGI Group。在ABC公司我是一名初級銷售員，我的職責包括協助公司發掘更多潛在顧客。

之後，我前往 XYZ公司，我的工作是銷售及市場經理。我的職責包括帶領不同銷售團隊。而在 2006 我被晉升為環球總經理。之後我前往 HGI Group工作。職銜是總經理。我的職責包括……  

形容工作性質及升遷的主要句式：

1. I was responsible for…我負責做……
2. My job duty included… 我的職責包括……
3. My role was to… 我的角色是做……
4. I was assigned to…我被委派……
5. I was asked to… 我被要求……
6. I was promoted to… 我被晉升為……
7. I was invited to take up… 我被邀請負責做…

討論過以上工作相關經驗、崗位及負責項目後，你可以以這些句式簡單總結：  

1. Me and my family arrived in Britain ____________________ ago. 我和我的家庭 ________ 之前到達英國。 

2. I am seeking for any job opportunities in your company. 我正尋覓任何在你們公司的工作機會 (job opportunities)。 

3. I am opened to any position available in your company. 我會考慮你公司的任何職位。

4. I hope my previous experience in the field will enable me to excel at this role. 我希望我過往在行內的經驗會令我勝任這份工作。

 “Excel” 這個字與Microsoft Excel 名字上的一模一樣，在這裏解作「勝任」，其他情況可以解作「擅長」。

例子：He excels at working under pressure. 他擅長於高壓力的情況下工作。
